RifasPro — La clásica rifa de papel, ahora 100% digital

Frequently asked questions

Does it work for raffles among friends or family?

Perfectly. Share the link in your WhatsApp or group chat, everyone picks their number and pays you directly — by bank transfer or cash in hand. No sign-ups, no apps needed. For birthdays, group gifts or any informal fundraiser — it is the easiest way to collect money from the people around you.

Can I use it for school or parent fundraisers?

It is one of the most popular uses. Parent groups use it for field trips, supplies and school events all year. Share the link in the class group chat and watch the funds roll in — without chasing anyone.

Does it work for dance academies or groups?

Yes, and very much so. Dance academies, folklore groups and companies use it to cover costumes, shoes, travel to competitions and show expenses. The link goes to the WhatsApp group and every student, parent, friend or family member picks their number — the money comes straight to you, no middleman.

How much does RifasPro cost?

Your first raffle is completely free. For subsequent raffles, a small, symbolic fee applies, equivalent to the value of a few tickets from your own raffle — not a separate payment, not a fixed percentage of what you raised. Real example: if you set the ticket price at $1,000 CLP and your raffle has 50 tickets, you'll have raised $50,000 CLP — the platform will only ask for the fee equivalent to 1 ticket ($1,000 CLP), leaving you $49,000 CLP free. Always transparent, never upfront, and only deducted once your buyers' money is already in your account. The bigger the raffle, the smaller that fee is as a percentage. (Fee tiers are configurable and may vary; this example reflects the tiers in effect today.)

How do I receive the money?

Directly to your bank account, digital wallet — or cash in hand if the buyer is nearby. Every buyer pays you directly, not us. Not a single cent passes through our hands.

Is it safe to buy a ticket here?

Yes. Your ticket stays pending until the organizer confirms your payment — and they get an instant notification to do so quickly. You can check the status of your tickets anytime. The draw is random — organizers often do it live on Instagram so everyone can see who wins.

Is running an online raffle legal?

It depends on the country. In many Latin American countries some raffles require authorization or prior registration under local rules, depending on how and why they are organized. Check your country's rules before running one. By creating a raffle on RifasPro you declare that, if it needs authorization, you have it; RifasPro does not verify or guarantee it.
